Synopsis:
The girls are back in town in this follow-up to the successful Sony Pictures Home Entertainment release, DECOYS.

In the sequel, we return to the small Northeastern college town of Strathmore, where Luke Callahan (COREY SEVIER) now works as a teaching assistant to a biology professor (TOBIN BELL) who specializes in the study of strange evolutionary life forms. Luke is still haunted by the gruesome death of his college friend Roger. He suffers from bizarre and paranoid delusions that aliens in the guise of sexy female coeds were responsible for Roger's death and are on their way back to Strathmore for a second deadly mating season. Luke meets with a psychiatrist Dr. Geisner (DINA MEYER) to discuss his delusions, but all she can do is prescribe him medication to help with the delusions.

Sam and Stephanie are two Strathmore undergrads who attend Luke's biology class. Though they are just good friends, Stephanie has an unmistakable crush on Sam. Back in his dorm, Sam's roommates plan a contest to see who can date the most gorgeous co-eds. Sam is reluctant to join in, but his roommates tell him he has no choice unless he has a steady girlfriend. They demand to know if Sam is serious about Stephanie, and Sam insists that they are just friends.?

Meanwhile, on the outskirts of town, a policeman pulls over a speeding car. There is a beautiful blonde woman inside. The policeman returns to his patrol car to write her a speeding ticket. The blonde opens the passenger door, and climbs into the patrol car. She is incredibly seductive... and an alien in disguise! Soon a new brigade of beautiful blondes, led by the cunning Constance (KIM POIRIER), is infiltrating the chilly campus of Strathmore College. Constance knows that the human specimens have not been cold enough when they were impregnated. So, they will have to find a way to mate outdoors in the extreme cold. Fortunately, the thermometer is plunging.

And so the stage is set. The reluctant Sam and his enthusiastic friends are on the prowl for the sexiest co-eds, while the gorgeous aliens are determined to find willing mates. The only person who can stop the alien invasion is Luke, but when Constance manages to have him locked away in a mental institution, it seems like nothing can stop the alien seduction!
